Also, I used to feel kind of guilty being a part of a small team and wanting to take a long vacation. It wasn't until 2020 when I began taking weekly trips to the PNW to get away, recharge the batteries — where I'd stopped feeling like that and now have been going each year since for much needed, annual, R&R.
